This policy explains how TechDen Technologies LLC (“TechDen Technologies,” “we”) handles information in connection with this website.

Information we collect

This website does not include accounts or advertising trackers. If you contact us directly, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, contact details, and the content of your message. We use it to respond and to discuss your project.

Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may process standard technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to deliver and secure the site.

Project inquiries

Our Start a Project form asks for the project details you choose to provide (such as the type of project, a description, timing, and a working budget range) and your contact information (your name and email address, and optionally your company, phone number, preferred contact method, and how you heard about us). We ask for your agreement to be contacted about that project. This is not consent to marketing.

Draft in your browser. While you fill in the form, your answers are saved in your own browser's local storage so you can pick up where you left off. This draft stays on your device; no cookies are used for it. You can remove it at any time with “Start over” or by clearing your browser's site data.

When you submit. Your inquiry is sent to TechDen Technologies only when you press Submit and online submission is enabled. If it is not enabled, the form says so clearly and nothing is sent. Once online submission is enabled, a submitted inquiry is stored in the systems we use to receive, track, and respond to project inquiries, and is delivered to our team by email. We also send you an email confirming receipt with your inquiry reference. We use these service providers only to operate the inquiry process for us.

Security and abuse prevention. To protect the form from spam and automated abuse, we process limited technical signals when you submit, such as how long the form took to complete and a one-way, keyed hash derived from your IP address and email address. We use these signals to limit repeated submissions and to recognize an accidental duplicate. We do not store your raw IP address with your inquiry.

We do not sell personal information.

TechDen Technologies products, such as Sonik Music, may have their own privacy terms, which apply when you use those products.
